There are managers who help us work more productively, Engadget has always talked about GTD tools and now is Zendone but comes with a different approach is well designed for GTD. A method based on three stages.
The first is gathering, keep everything you need to do or remember, so that tells Zendone use Evernote, and keep what we want in our book, but by default applications use mobile or desktop browsers.
Second is to process, from Zencone tab “Process Inbox” and show us the notes one by one, so we can turn them into tasks or actions, archive or delete them in Evernote, if we go back into action, we can schedule them automatically creating an event Google Calendar, then save and delegate to another user.
Last step, to work, for this we go to the tab “C”, it chose the area, work or home, will show a list of missing tasks to perform, from the same screen we can see the details of the tasks and modified.
To add tasks and items in Zendone there are several ways we can use post-it icon that is in the upper left corner, it can add a note of what we will do later, in case you want to add a task, we lets do it directly from the top bar or creating notes in Evernote that start with dash “-” to notice it, process it immediately Zendone homework.
Zendone has very good design, easy to use and features keyboard shortcuts, because for a program to be productive should be easy to use and fast, which is difficult to achieve with web applications, but for Zendone possible, have a application design and great keyboard shortcuts make using it easy and fast Zendone.
An important point is that Zendone used a powerful cross-platform application called Evernote with which they have integrated well.
Since its introduction in the Evernote Trunk Conference established in all the desire to prove Zendone apparently has not disappointed, because it is quite useful and it works better than expected, this project is available in English Spanish, hopefully only for now, is free, but you need to enter an invitation that can be ordered by going to their website.
