Edit photos sometimes becomes quite complicated, especially if we use programs like Photoshop and even more if users are the low levels of knowledge world, ie, few skills, no skill and ability.

Well, calm that programs like Light Splashup allow us photo editing without getting so complicated and fairly professional results: free program for Windows (7, Vista, XP, 2000, etc..) in English that is categorized as a program for design and photo retouching, allowing the user to manage at home without “complications.”

An important fact about Light Splashup is that you need to install Adobe AIR to use it. The program itself offers a fairly intuitive interface which allows an appropriate way to access the various tools and palettes that include it.

Light Splashup lets you apply effects like blur, distortion, dark, another format to another format you can convert and ultimately incorporates basic tools that allow no such complicated issues, such as reducing or changing the image size, add text to images or characteristics as well as rotate or invert.
