A new feature now gives Microsoft Office 2010 users online version of their software of Microsoft Office 2010.

The new package contains ten programs-Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Access, Publisher, InfoPath, SharePoint Workspace and Communicator-profits and new features such as design, colors and effects.

Office Web Apps are lightweight versions of Word, Powerpoint, Excel and OneNote that let users view, edit and share documents online.

The new tool will not only benefit the users who connect remotely to their infrastructure, but also regularly used their mobile devices to connect and exchange files office.

Microsoft with its online application goes against against Google. The search engine giant already offers a line productivity suite that has a word processor, software capabilities of spreadsheet and presentation.

But Google has managed to capture only 4% percent of the market. While Microsoft Office is currently used by over 94% of PC owners.

Consumers can have Microsoft Office 2010 in late June and so far Microsoft has not confirmed the exact date of the edition for home users.
